Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Syvara. We are committed to delivering your products safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and ship orders across India.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, including tracking details.

Processing time does not include courier transit time.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Remote / Difficult Service Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery time may vary based on courier workload, festive seasons, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges may apply if chosen and available in your location.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID

  • Courier partner name

  • Tracking link

You can track your order directly via the link provided in email/SMS.


5. Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate.

  • Syvara is not responsible for delivery delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges will apply.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD orders may be confirmed via phone/SMS/WhatsApp before dispatch.

  • Refusing COD delivery repeatedly may lead to restrictions on future COD purchases.


7. Delayed or Missing Shipments

If your order is delayed or not received within the expected delivery time:

  • Please contact us at care.syvara@gmail.com with your order number.
    We will coordinate with the logistics partner and update you at the earliest.


8. Damaged or Tampered Delivery

If you receive a package that is damaged or tampered:

  • Take photos/videos of the package and product condition.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care.syvara@gmail.com.
    We will assist you with a replacement or resolution.
