Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Syvara. We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, this Refund & Return Policy explains when and how you can return a product, request a refund, or request an exchange.

 


 

1. Eligibility for Returns / Refunds / Exchanges

  • You may request a return, refund, or exchange within 15 calendar days from the date you receive the product.

  • To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original tags/labels intact. 

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any boxes, covers, or inserts. 

  • You must provide proof of purchase/order number/invoice

 


 

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Some products may not be eligible for return or refund. These include (but are not limited to):

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

  • Items missing original tags, packaging, or invoice.

  • Any items explicitly marked as “non-returnable” on the product description (for hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons).

3. Return / Exchange / Refund Process

  1. Initiate a Request: Contact us via email at care.syvara@gmail.com or via live chat (available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM IST) within the return window. Please include your order number, product name, and reason for return/exchange/refund.

  2. Approval & Return Authorization: Once we verify your request and eligibility, we will send you a return authorization confirmation (with instructions).

  3. Pack and Ship Back: Pack the item securely in its original packaging (with tags, invoice, etc.) and ship it back to the address provided by us.

  4. Inspection on Receipt: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.

  5. Refund / Exchange:

    1. For approved returns: we will initiate refund to your original payment method (or issue store credit, if you prefer), or process exchange — whichever you choose.

    2. Refunds will be processed within [7–10] business days of our receipt and approval of the returned item.

    3. We will notify you via email once the refund or exchange is processed.

 


 

4. Return Shipping & Costs

  • Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or wrongly shipped item, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  • If the item is being returned due to seller error (defect, damage, incorrect item), Syvara will bear the return shipping cost and any additional shipping charges for only replacement orders.

 


 

5. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective product, damaged in transit, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and the packaging. Upon verification, we will offer a full refund or exchange, including shipping costs.

 


 

6. Partial Refunds or Denied Returns

We reserve the right to refuse a refund, return, or exchange if:

  • The item does not meet the conditions listed above (used, damaged, missing tags/packaging, etc.).

  • The return/exchange request is made after the valid return window (after 30 days).

  • The product is marked as non-returnable.

In such cases, we will notify you of our decision and provide reasons.
